Cancellation Policy
1. Registration and Payment Booking: Events can be booked up to 120 days in advance but not within 60 days of the event. Payment: Full payment is required upon registration. Cancellation and Rescheduling: Cancel up to 24 hours before with no refund. Reschedule up to 72 hours before the event. 2. Attendance Capacity: Maximum of 999 participants. Check-in: No individual registration is needed; the client handles attendee identification if desired. 3. Code of Conduct Behavior: Professional conduct is required; disruptive behavior is not tolerated. Dress Code: Business casual is recommended for a relaxed environment. 4. Health and Safety Protocols: Compliance with all health and safety guidelines is required. Emergency: Follow event staff instructions in emergencies. 5. Privacy Data Use: Information used solely for event purposes; not shared without consent. Media: The event may be photographed or recorded for promotional purposes. 6. Feedback and Complaints Feedback: Encouraged through post-event surveys. Complaints: Directed to the event coordinator or customer service for prompt resolution. 7. Accessibility Accommodations: Notify organizers at least two weeks in advance for unique accommodation. 8. Cancellation by Organizers Right to Cancel: Organizers can cancel or reschedule events, offering a full refund or transfer. 9. Custom Sessions Tailored Content: Contact us to customize sessions for specific company needs. 10. Travel Expenses International Events: Travel Expenses and accommodations are not included for international locations and must be covered by the client.
